Terms and Conditions for exterior Cleaning Service

By booking our window cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our company is responsible for providing window cleaning services as agreed upon in the service contract. All bookings must be confirmed with payment or deposit as required. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the windows to be cleaned are accessible and that any obstacles, such as furniture or fragile items, are removed or protected before the cleaning service begins. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen weather conditions or hazardous circumstances.

We strive to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or surrounding areas. In the event that additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified and a revised price may be provided. Payment for services must be made in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. By accepting our service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
